We are one of the largest heat exchanger manufacturers in India providing plate type condenser, with complete in-house manufacturing facility of our heat exchangers.

 

The whole refrigeration condenser body is made from SS304 metal sheets and heat exchanger plate pack is constructed from SS304L low corrosion plates.

 

This unit is so robust that it can be employed to evaporate off your STP / ETP effluent.

 

Optionally these units can also be used for closed loop cooling tower applications.

Advantages over shell and tube condenser:
  • Over 85% power savings in pumping costs than shell and tube
  • 30% lower water consumption than cooling towers.
  • 20% lower drift losses
  • 5-8 % power saving on compressor motor by reducing SDT
Advantages over coil type evaporative condenser (EVAPCO & BAC):
  • Parallel vertically mounted pillow plates heat exchanger with 25 mm spacing
  • High BOD,COD and TDS water is acceptable
  • Chemical followed by mechanical descaling possible
  • Attending failure is fast and easy due to modular design
  • Low fouling and scaling due to vertical arrangement of pillow plates and co-current water flow.
