Brine & Glycol Chillers

Key features

For any sub-zero refrigeration application (upto -80 deg C), Brine or glycol chillers are used.

Salts (Sodium chloride, calcium chloride etc.) mixed into water to get sub zero secondary refrigerant, it is called a brine. Whereas alcohols (MEG, PG, Methanol) mixed with water to reduce its freezing point are called glycols.

Advance is one of the biggest chilling plant manufacturers based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India who can cater to almost any sub -zero temperature application as per your requirement upto -80 deg C.

Brine chillers are used along with corrosion inhibitors in process industries where contamination of process side is not a big issue. Glycol chillers are used in food and dairy processing industries where contamination in secondary side can be dangerous and not permitted by legal authorities.
