Industrial Chillers

Water chillers

For any refrigeration/HVAC application above + 2 deg C, generally water chillers are used.

We are the biggest chiller plant manufacturers based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India who can offer the most suitable and economically viable automatic water chiller for your Refri-AC application. Looking to the current Global Warming scenario, and the need for sustainability, we always recommend natural and green gas, Ammonia as the primary refrigerant.

Brine & Glycol Chillers

For any sub-zero refrigeration application (upto -80 deg C), Brine or glycol chillers are used.

Salts (Sodium chloride, calcium chloride etc.) mixed into water to get sub zero secondary refrigerant, it is called a brine. Whereas alcohols (MEG, PG, Methanol) mixed with water to reduce its freezing point are called glycols.

Advance is one of the biggest chilling plant manufacturers based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India who can cater to almost any sub -zero temperature application as per your requirement upto -80 deg C.

Process Chillers

For refrigeration application where dynamic load variation is expected process chillers are used.

Process chillers are specifically designed for high load variation conditions where the primary refrigerant is directly used to chill the process matter. One of the general configurations used in refrigeration industry is the liquid pumping chiller systems (liquid overfeed systems) with our plate type evaporative type condensers. We specialize in this kind of systems.

Dairy and milk Chillers

Instant milk chillers utilize the primary refrigerant/ glycols to chill milk directly to the packing temperature. Milk chilling has generally 2 ranges: Raw Milk chilling at collection centres (35 deg C to 3 deg C) and Re-chilling (10 deg C to 3 deg C).

For instant milk chiller, Bulk milk coolers, for pasteurizers, these type of chillers are used.

Thermo- regulating chillers

These are special purpose chillers used for wide range applications like +100 deg C to -50 deg C. Special patented thermic fluids are used in such chillers who have boiling point above 125 deg C and freezing point below -70 deg C.

In research, formulation and testing laboratories, where precise temperature control is required for reactions or testing equipments and a broader range of acceptable operation (-50 deg C to 100 deg C), these chillers are used.
